This program was conducted in collaboration with Yokohama Japan, focusing on equipping participating employees with modern scientific and technical fundamentals in the field of tires, contributing to enhancing their professional efficiency and strengthening their ability to deliver accurate and reliable solutions to our customers in line with the highest global quality standards.
This training represents the first step within a comprehensive development path, where outstanding participants will be selected to join advanced training stages, enabling them to deepen their expertise and engage in more specialized programs. Qualified candidates will also be granted an exceptional opportunity to participate in field training at one of Yokohama’s largest research and development centers in Asia, located in Thailand, reflecting the company’s commitment to connecting its workforce with global best practices.
