Tire Mall – Al-Dyar Al-Khadhraa guarantees the tires sold by it from the following brands: Yokohama tires, Toyo tires, Hankook tires, Loven tires, Camso tires, from any manufacturing defect for a period of two years or 40,000 km (forty thousand kilometers), and the company guarantees The tires sold by it are of the following brands: Apollo tyres, Excelera tyres, Forsium tyres, Neuterra tyres, free of any manufacturing defect and for a period of one year or 25,000 km (twenty-five thousand kilometers) from the date of installation, whichever comes first, provided that the tires are purchased and installed at one of the company’s centers and highlighted. Purchase invoice when submitting a compensation request, as the company’s specialized team examines any damaged returned tire and submits a report determining whether the defect is manufacturing or not within a period of 5 working days from the date of submitting the request.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the company compensates the value of the tire after deducting the depreciation percentage. The compensation value is recorded as a credit for the benefit of the buyer, which can be used to purchase a replacement tire.

The warranty does not cover the following cases:
‎‏1- Tires damaged due to fire, accidents, or those damaged due to hitting objects or sharp obstacles on the road.
‎‏2- Damaged tires due to the use of incorrect air pressure.
‎‏3- Tires damaged due to overloading.
‎‏4- Tires damaged due to a mechanical defect in the vehicle.
‎‏5- Tires with an engraving depth of less than 6.1 mm.
6- Tires that have been repaired (sawed), re-engraved or coated.
‎‏‎‏7- Tires that have a flat spot because the vehicle has been parked for a long time.
‎‏8- Tires that were incorrectly dismantled or installed outside the company’s centers.
‎‏9- Tires that were used in roads other than those designated for their use.
‎‏10- Tires damaged due to impact with an object that cut the wire and resulted in a bulge in the tire sidewall. *‎‏‎‏
